This mold thrives in areas with bad air quality, including poorly ventilated areas. True to its name, all species of black mold are dark green or black in colour. Black mold is splotchy in appearance, with a noticeable musty scent. Mold Type #2: Cladosporium

Aspergillus mold is one of the most common mold types, with almost 200 species existing. As such, it has different health effects on humans. Some types have allergenic spores, while others contain the highly toxic mycotoxins. Aspergillus can take shape in a wide variety of colours and appearances—including green, blue, white, and dark brown in fuzzy, clustered, or sporadic patches.
